Organic White Pepper (Whole)

Description

Organic white pepper is made from the same pepper plant as black pepper, but it undergoes a different processing method. The process begins by allowing the peppercorns to ripen on the vine, then they are harvested and soaked in water for several days to soften the outer red skin. This skin is then removed, leaving behind the inner white seed, which is dried to produce white peppercorns.
