Description

The artichokes are cut in small slices and dressed at “Farmer’s style” following and old Pugliese recipe. We use only the heart of the artichokes, the sweetest and tenderest part. With a vivid yellow color it has a tender consistency and an intense flavor thanks also to all the fresh Mediterranean spices we use. The artichokes are preserved in our delicious extra virgin olive oil.
