Thanks to their sweet and delicate flavour, they give a unique and natural taste experience for the palate. The high quality of the product is ensured by the fact that it contains just 3 natural and organic ingredients - tomatoes, water and salt - and by the processing technique.

• Picked, processed and put in the glass jars rigorously by hand, the Bio Orto natural Datterini tomatoes are rich in mineral salts and have a high brix level, hence a high content of vitamins (A and C) and a high shelf life index.
• Ingredients: Organic Datterini tomatoes (57%), water and salt.
• Pairings: Ideal for preparing bruschetta, friselle and focaccias, if used cooked for pasta or poached fish ‘in crazy water’. They are perfect if combined with the organic natural yellow Datterini tomatoes in order to create a tasty seasoning to be added to pasta.
